Founded by a National Awardee.

VentAlyst was founded by Mr. Chidambar Joshi, Founder & Chief Architect, recipient of the National Award from the President of India and the Karnataka State Award.

With 30 years of industry experience, a US patent on “DRM on Live Streaming Content” and multiple IBM awards for professional excellence, he is the chief architect of the uniquely featured, market-leading product ProfinPlus and the driving force behind QSM. He is also the visionary behind VentAlyst’s transformation into an AI company — delivering AI-driven Account Master and KBC – Kaun Banega Champion.

A physically challenged achiever who never let it limit his ambition, he has been honoured at the highest levels.

Our story

From CCS Software Solutions to VentAlyst

We started in 1992 as CCS Software Solutions, a proprietary company in Hubballi, Karnataka. Over the years we developed software products for project finance, accounting, central excise, electrical power distribution design, pharmaceuticals and education.

Our flagship ProfinPlus 9.0 — a project appraisal and financial feasibility analysis package — evolved over nine years with financial experts and end users across India, and served 500+ financial and project consultants.

Today, as VentAlyst Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we combine that domain depth with cloud and AI to build a new generation of products: Account Master and KBC – Kaun Banega Champion.
